Where possible we will avoid the use of a pesticide.
If a pesticide has to be used, we will use the most effective and eco-friendly product.
There are occasions when pests will disappear on their own, however in most cases help will be needed to prevent an infestation.
There are products available for the amateur, however these should be used with caution, and in some cases if used incorrectly may make the problem worse.
Generally your neighbour will not need to be involved unless pests are also infesting their property or infesting yours from their side.
If any preparation is necessary we will discuss this with you in advance.
We have had no incidences of marking or staining from the products we use.
We will always use the most efficient and effective treatment to solve the problem, avoiding the use of a pesticide where possible.
Costs vary depending on the treatment required, but before we book the appointment we will carefully go through the costs with you.
Please note : we require a 20% deposit non refundable to secure any booking.
Most of our treatments begin working immediately. Larger infestations will be considerably reduced and in some cases eradicated totally within days.
In most cases it is not necessary to leave the home.
In some cases we may ask you to vacate the house for a few hours only.
We will always give you pre warning if that is the case.
If the conditions in or near your home are suitable for rats and mice, then they will usually stay.
We strictly adhere with current legislation which protects birds and nests during nesting seasons. We therefore cannot touch nests whilst they’re in use or being built.
The best time for us to undertake bird proofing work is in the autumn and winter, so that they are deterred from nesting the following spring.
